Macaroni Salad.

Macaroni salad is a special type of pasta salad , served cold made with cooked elbow macaroni and usually prepared with mayonnaise. It is often served as a side dish to dishes like barbecue , fried chicken , chicken sauce, and  other nice style dishes. Macaroni salad, as a pleasant dish, with  national and regional variations its generally prepared with raw diced

onions , dill  pickles and celery and seasoned with salt and pepper .
Macaroni salad is a very nice and delicious diet to be enjoyed with the family.
Here are the ingredients and guildlines to make this wonderful dish.

1 carrot, diced
1 celery stalk, diced
1 tomato, diced
1/2 cup cheese cubes
2 cups cooked elbow
macaroni
2 tablespoons plain yogurt.

Cooking instructions:

* Wash the vegetables Thoroughly and cut them into
pieces.
* Cut the cheese into cubes.
* Add the vegetables and cheese to the cooked macaroni.
* Add the yogurt and stir to mix
well.

Ingredients:
1.2 cups drained whole kernel
corn (frozen, fresh, or
canned)
2.1/2 teaspoon honey
3. 1/2 teaspoon pepper
4. 2 beaten eggs
5. 1 cup milk
6. 1 tablespoon margarine
7. 2 tablespoons wheat cracker
crumbs.

Cooking instructions of Indian Corn Pudding.

Having set every cooking item in place and in the right position.
* Heat  oven to a temperature of  350°F.
*  Mix all the ingredients stated above together, and pour into
a 1 quart greased baking
dish.
*  place  the dish into a pan
with about 1 inch of water in
the bottom.
* Bake for at least 70 minutes.             Now to check for accuracy, insert a knife in the center of the pudding, if the knife comes out clean without the pudding sticking to the knife, the Pudding is done. But in case the knife sticks to the pudding, increase temperature and extend for some time.

Ingredients:
1. 1 cup all-purpose flour
2. 1 tablespoon baking power
3. 1/2 teaspoon salt
4. 3/4 cup whole-wheat or
graham flour
5. 1 egg
6. 1/2 cup unsweetened apple
juice concentrate
7. 1/4 cup vegetable oil
8. 1/4 cup milk
9. 1 banana, sliced

Instructions:

* mix together all-purpose
flour, baking powder and
salt. 
* Stir in whole wheat or
graham flour. 
* Blend egg, apple juice concentrate, oil,
milk, and banana in a blender. 
* Combine dry and liquid ingredients. * * * Spoon into greased or lined muffin
cups. 
* Bake at for at least 400°F for 20
to 25 minutes. 
Recipe Makes about 11 muffins.

Variations:

To make 
Fruit Muffins,

Add 1 cup chopped fresh or
canned fruit to the muffin
mix before filling muffin
cups. Peaches or
blueberries are especially
delicious!

To make
Bran Muffins
Substitute 2 cups bran
flakes for the whole-wheat
or graham flour.

Ingredients;

2 cans (16 ounces each)
diced peaches in juice*
1-1/4 cups peanut butter
10 (6-inch) whole grain or
enriched flour tortillas**

Ingredients:

*  Drain peaches. 
*  Spread 4 tablespoons peanut butter
equally over one side of
each tortilla, covering the
entire surface evenly.
*  Divide peaches evenly
between tortillas. 
*  Roll up, tucking in sides, to form a
burrito. 
*  Cut each roll in half to serve. Makes at least 20 servings
(1 burrito equals 2 servings.)
*  Tip: you can Also try shredded carrots
or shredded apples instead
of peaches.
 Use the soft tortilla
shells that are sold in the
dairy case. They can be
rolled without preheating if
they are left out of the
refrigerator for about one
hour.

Ingredients:
1 cup mixed nuts
1/2 cup dried mixed fruit
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3 cups rolled oats
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.

Instructions;
*. Cut nuts in a blender and
put them into a  bowl.
*. Then chop dried fruit in the
blender and add it to the chop nut
mixture. 
*. Add bananas, vanilla, vegetable oil, rolled oats, salt and cinnamon.
*.  Stir ingredients thoroughly.
*. Now stand a few minutes for
the oats to absorb moisture.
*. Place spoonfuls of the
dough on a dried cookie sheet and flatten
each one with a fork. 
*. Bake for 20 minutes at 350'F.
NOTE recipe will make around 4 dozen cookies.

Ingredients:

1. 8 ounces yogurt (any flavor)
2. 10 medium bananas, peeled
3. and cut into 3 pieces each
4. 1-1/2 cups granola, crisp
rice cereal, or Grape Nuts
cereal
5. 30 wooden popsicle sticks.


Instructions.

*. To start, Place yogurt and cereal in separate shallow dishes.
*. Insert a wooden stick into
each banana piece. 
*. Now, Roll the banana pieces in yogurt.
*. In the cereal, thoroughly
covering each piece.
*.  Place bananas on a baking sheet lined with wax paper. Place in freezer. 
*. When frozen, place each banana in a plastic sandwich bag and label. 
*. Store in freezer. Allow the
bananas stand at room
temperature for at least 10 minutes
before serving. 
*. Recipe Makes around 15
servings (2 banana sections per serving).

Ingredients:
1. 2 egg whites
2. 1 egg
3. 2-1/2 cups cooked rice
4. 1/2 cup sugar
5. 1/2 cup raisins
6. 2 cups milk
7. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
8. 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon



Instructions:

* Heat oven to 325°F.
* Beat egg whites and egg in an
ungreased 2 and half quart
casserole dish.
* Stir in remaining ingredients.
* Bake uncovered for 50 to
60 minutes, stirring after 30
minutes.
* Remove from oven when a knife inserted halfway between the center and the edge comes out clean.
* Sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
* Serve warm or
cold. Immediately
refrigerate any remaining
pudding and it shouldn't last for days.
Recipe Makes about 10
(1/2 cup) servings.
