Recipe and how to make Beef Burrito.

Ingredients:

1. 1/2 pound lean ground beef
for snack-size servings.
2. 1 small onion, finely diced
3. 6 tablespoons mild taco or
tomato sauce
4. 6 (6-inch) soft flour tortillas
5. 1-1/2 tablespoons marga-
rine, melted

Instructions

* Break up ground beef into
small pieces and brown
with diced onion. 
* When cooked, drain well and stir
in taco or tomato sauce.
* Place 2 tablespoons (for
snack) or 4 tablespoons (for
lunch) of meat mixture into
center of each soft tortilla.
* Fold tortilla over meat
mixture to form a rectangle.
* Brush each burrito with
margarine and bake 10
minutes or until slightly
brown in a 350°F oven.
* this recipe Makes six burritos; one
burrito per serving.

Ingredients

1. 4 slices whole wheat bread
2. 3/4 cup milk, divided
3. 1/3 cup unsweetened apple
juice concentrate
4. 2 eggs
5. 1 teaspoon cinnamon
6. 1/2 teaspoon ginger
7. 1/4 cup molasses
8. dash salt

Instructions

* Dice bread slices and
crumble in a blender. Place
bread crumbs in a bowl.
* Blend together 1/2 cup of
milk, apple juice concentrate,
eggs, cinnamon, ginger,
molasses and salt. 
* Pour the mixture over the crumbs and
stir. 
* Pour into a greased baking dish. Bake at 350°F
for 30 minutes. 
* Pour 1/4 cup milk over the top and bake
for 25 more minutes. 
* this recipe is for 6 to 8 servings.

RECIPE ON HOW TO MAKE FISH CASSEROLE.

Fish head CASSEROLE is a seafood dish from china. It is named for its main Ingredients, fish heada, which are cooked in a CASSEROLE.



Ingredients

Ginger
Garlic
Tomatoes
Pepper
Onion
Catfish
Beef
Curry and thyme 
Cabbage 
Green pepper
Carrot 
Runner beans 
Vegetable oil

Directions
1. Cut all you veggies
2. Then boil hot water to wash the catfish after that boil the beef
3. Add curry, thyme and seasoning to the beef
4. Blend the tomatoes, pepper, with ginger and garlic and one bulb of onion
5. When the meat and fish gets boiled put some oil in a dry pot
6. When it gets hot, put the diced onion and fry it
7. Add the blended paste. Allow it to fry for about 10mins
8. Add seasonings
9. Then add the stock from the meat. After the stock had blended well into the stew, add all veggies. NOTE: this should not be over cooked why they still retain the vitamins.
10. Then add your fish
NOTE: do not use spoon to stir the soup, it will cause the fish to shatter.
Fish CASSEROLE can be served alone.

Club sandwich is not originally from Nigeria but club Sandwiches are eaten a lot aroud Africa. We have taken this recipe from the west and completely made it our own.

Ingredients.
Here are the quantities of ingredients you need to make a club sandwich for one serving. But but you can multiply the ingredients as you wish.

Directions.

1.wash all the vegetables very well.
2. Scrap the carrot and remove the seeds from the tomatoes.
3. Grate the carrot and cabbage using the small holes of a grater.
4. Cut the tomato into very tiny pieces.
5. Cut the hardboiled egg into tiny pieces.
6. Add the mayonnaise to the carrot.
7. In a separate plate,mash the sardine with a fork and mix with a margarine. Worry not if you don't like the smell of the sardines, the margarine helps reduce the strong smell.
8. Using a bread knife, cut off the crusty ends from the slices of bread.
9. Take one slice of bread, spread the margarine and sardines mix on one side of it and cover with the second slice of bread .
10. Repeat the step above with the remaining two slices.
11. Now take the first two slices and rub the carrot,cabbage,tomatoes,egg, and mayonnaise mix on one side of it and cover with the other two slices.
12. Now cut the sandwich into desired shape and sizes.

Now serve the club sandwich with a hot chocolate drink or any chilled refreshing drink.

1. Bacon Cheese Put bacon strips on a parchment-lined baking sheet; put another pan on top. Bake at 400 degrees F, 10 minutes, then uncover and bake 10 more minutes. Make Classic Burger (No. 1). Top with 2 slices cheddar in the last minute of cooking (cover to melt). Serve on a sesame bun with the bacon.

2. Chile Make Classic Burger (No. 1), but mix 1 tablespoon diced roasted poblanos with the beef. Top with 2 slices cheddar in the last minute of cooking (cover to melt). Top with salsa verde and sliced chiles.

3. Everything Bagel Brush a bun top with a beaten egg white and sprinkle with dried onion, salt, and poppy and sesame seeds. Bake at 350 degrees F, about 5 minutes. Make Classic Burger (No. 1); serve on the bun with cream cheese, horseradish, tomato and red onion.

4. Grilled Lightly mix 6 ounces ground beef chuck with a big pinch of kosher salt. Form into a ball, then shape into a 3/4-inch-thick patty; make an indentation in the center. Preheat a grill to high; brush the grates and burger with canola oil. Season the patty with salt and grill about 4 minutes per side. Serve on a grilled bun.

5. Texas Make Grilled Burger (No. 26). In the last minute of cooking, brush with barbecue sauce and top with sauteed onions, pickled jalapeños, crisp bacon and 2 slices jack cheese (cover to melt). Top with mayonnaise.

6. Chipotle Make Grilled Burger (No. 26). Add 2 slices jack cheese in the last minute of cooking (cover to melt). Mix 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon minced chipotles in adobo and a splash of lemon juice. Serve the burger on a roll with chipotle mayonnaise and avocado.

7. Veggie Fry a store-bought veggie burger; top with mozzarella in the last minute of cooking (cover to melt). Serve on a roll with basil, tomato, salt, pepper and olive oil.

8. California Mix 1 1/4 pounds ground chicken, 1/2 cup panko, 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt and salt. Shape and cook as directed for Chicken Burgers (No. 45). Serve on whole-grain bread with sprouts, cucumber, tomato and avocado.

9. Bacon, Egg and Cheese Make Classic Burger (No. 1). Melt 2 slices muenster on the bun in the oven. Serve the burger, a fried egg and bacon.

Ingredients.

* 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix.
* 1 cup milk.
* 2 eggs
* 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (2 ounces)
* 1/2 cup chopped pepperoni
* 1/2 cup chopped tomato
* 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
* 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
* Pizza sauce or spaghetti sauce, if desired
Grated Parmesan cheese, if desired
Steps.

1. Heat griddle or skillet; grease if necessary. 
2. Stir Bisquick, milk and eggs in large bowl until blended.
3. Stir in remaining ingredients except pizza sauce and Parmesan cheese (batter will be thick).
4.   Pour batter by slightly less than 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle; spread slightly.
5. Cook until edges are dry. Turn; cook until golden brown. Serve topped with pizza sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

RECIPE ON HOW TO MAKE CHOCOLATE CAKE




Chocolate cake recipe for a delicious and moist chocolate sponge cake with creamy chocolate icing. This easy chocolate cake recipe is simple and easy to follow, This chocolate cake is perfect served with a nice and fresh cream for an indulgent dessert or afternoon snack . Always Store cakes and leftovers in an airtight container or cake tin for at least 2 days. If you have any of this moist chocolate cake recipe left after 2 days, we kindly recommend that you warm a slice in the microwave for about 10 seconds and serve with a fresh vanilla ice cream. Here are my RECIPE for moist CHOCOLATE cake. And NOTE, this CHOCOLATE cake recipe will last for 3 days in the fridge, but the icing will lose its freshness.



Ingredients.

For the chocolate cake:

  1. 3 large eggs.
  2. 175g (6 oz) self-raising flour
  3. 175g (6 oz)caster sugar
  4. 175g (6 oz) softened butter
  5.  1½ level tsp baking powder
  6. 40g (1½ oz) cocoa powder
  7.  4 tbsp boiling water
  8.  A little icing sugar, to serve


For the chocolate spreading/ganache icing:

 *  150ml (5fl oz) double cream
 *  150g (5oz) plain chocolate, broken into pieces
 * 4 tbsp apricot jam

Also you will be needing:
  2 x 17cm deep sandwich tins, lubricated and lined with non-stick baking paper

Method

  1.  Heat the oven to 180C.
  2.  Beat the eggs together with an egg whisker, and mix the flour, caster sugar, butter and baking powder until smooth paste in a large mixing bowl.
  3.Mix the cocoa in a separate mixing bowl, and add the water a little at a time to make a stiff paste. Now Add to the cake mixture.
  4.  Now input into the prepared tins, level the top and bake in the heated oven for about 20-25 mins, or until shrinking away from the sides of the tin and springy to the touch.
  5.  When done, set aside  to cool in the tin, then turn on to a wire rack to be completely cold before icing.
 6.   To start icing, set and measure the cream and chocolate into a bowl and carefully melt over a pan of hot water and over a low heat, or gently in the microwave for 1 min. Stir until it has completely melted, now set aside to cool a bit and to thicken up.
  7.  Now To ice the cake: spread the apricot jam on the top of each cake depending on your desired cutting. Spread half of the Grenache icing on the top of the jam on one of the cakes, then lay the other cake on top, sandwiching them together properly.
   8. Now use  the remaining Grenache icing to ice the top of the cake in a swirly pattern. Garnish with icing sugar and serve.
9. Now tidy your working area.
